Just curious, what would be the smallest amount allowed as an add-on thru Disney for BLT? Thinking maybe we can do another add-on....catching the addodonitist bug!

I THINK you can add 25! I know it was changed at the beginning of the year to 100, but I am pretty sure I read that it was changed back again.

A BLT add-on at the moment has been lowered back to minimum 25 points, this happened on or around Feb. 16, there's no telling how long it may stay this way.

The cost per point for add ons less than 100 pts, are $112./ppt, no incentives. 25 pt add on is a cash only but 50+ can be financed.

Once you reach the 100 pt level, you are eligible for the $5.00 per point discount and either matching DP's or a cruise (# of nights depends on point total--3 nights for 100 add-on points.

Just me but I am not sure the 25 pts @ 112.00 per point would have benefits other then booking at 11mo out instead of 7. I just booked my Sept 09 and plenty of openings were avail?

Am I missing something here?

Right now, the availability for BLT (August, September) seems to be good and those using non-BLT points have been getting rooms.

But, no one knows if this is a sign of what will always be, or just that the months being booked are not the ones that will reign popular at BLT.

I know I added on at BLT because I want the 11 month advantage to book there and don't want to take the chance that I might have to stay somewhere else. I only bought in to DVC in the last month because staying close to the MK is very important to me. I would not be happy elsewhere, even though I know I paid a premium ($107) for my points.

It will be interesting to see the availability when non-owners can begin to book December in a few months.
