BLT 2013 Mardi Gras strategy

We only own 50 pts at BLT.
We want to stay Feb.9(Sat) - 16(Sat), 2013 (ck-ou 2/17)

We have
2 (banked from UY Apr 2011) + all
50 UY Apr 2012 + all
50 UY Apr 2013

So I am short 43 pts, right?

We also have 2 BWV contract UY Apr & Oct with available pts.
Will I be able to book at the 11th month if I transfer from our APR UY BWV contract to our BLT add-on?

I called MS to ask, but the agent seemed distracted like shw was listened to someone in the background. She first said no, then put me on hold and came back & said yes.

If I have to book part of the trip at 7 months, which part of the week would be more likely to be available at 7 months?

Well, I just wasted 30 minutes reading online at DVC:

"h.If a Transfer occurs between Club Members from different Home Resorts, the Transferred Home Resort Vacation Points retain all the reservation rights of the Transferring Member.

1)The recipient of the Transferred Home Resort Vacation Points may use them to make a reservation at the Transferring Member's Home Resort during the Home Resort Priority Period, or at other qualified DVC Resorts after the Home Resort Priority Period and any other applicable priority periods.

2)The recipient of the Transferred Home Resort Vacation Points would not be able to use the Transferred Home Resort Vacation Points at his or her Home Resort until the end of his or her Home Resort Priority Period and any other applicable priority periods."

So, if I can't use transfered point from BWV at BLT at the 11 month, which days of the week are more likely to still be available at 7 months?
