I love them! they are short, so i can mix and match a few videos, and most of the things she does...i can do! shes encouraging and fun.
if you have a facebook account, and like her page, she'll randomly post things like, do 20 pushups if you're not wearing shoes. 100 calf raises if u are.
give it a try! she uploads videos all the time, so you dont get stuck with the same thing.
