Blockbuster/Netflix dilemma

OK, we received a movie the other day from blockbuster online. My 21-month-old son had it in his possession for about a minute, long enough to rip the return envelope (not the issue). This is a movie that we decided not to watch and we're getting ready to return it in a different envelope. Well DH looks at it and sees it's cracked. Just on the backside, it doesn't go all the way through the disc. Now, we have no idea if it came to us like this (we've received damaged movies before) or if my son did this.

On the site there's a page to report any problems. Should I just report that it was broken or should I report that we broke it. There are two different options. I wish there was an option for "We think we broke it, but aren't sure." :teeth:

Report that it was damaged upon receipt. They really don't ask questions and you don't know for sure you broke it. They understand these things happen.
