Can anyone tell me anything about it? It's not listed on the restaurant reviews thread. I looked it up on the DLP site and apparently it's located in the Backlot area of the Studios. Thanks!

It used to be called "Backlot Express"

It's a food court style restaurant (a bit like Pizza Planet) where you pick up what you want and then pay for it at the till. They have all sorts of sandwiches & salads etc... The Croque Monsier is very nice!

Half of the restaurant if themed to HSM, the other half POTC.

We ate there last week, and it's pretty good. About 2/3 of the place is HSM, and 1/3 is POTC themed. We were there at about 12.30, and Jack Sparrow was there, having photos taken with everyone. Really like the theme-ing of the POTC section, as did our boys. The menu is the same as the backlot's was, and can second the recommendation for the croque monsuiers. Only down side was a couple of spadgers flying around in the main area, but they kept out of the POTC area.

If I remember right, it was a long ham or cheese bread roll, packet of crisps, a drink and a Mickey shaped choc chip muffin. Both our boys woffed them down!

It used to have a Return of the Jedi Speeder Bike hanging from the ceiling. I was disappointed when this went to be replaced by High School Musical stuff.

I actually think it was a bit of a silly idea changing it into High School Musical - ok it's "big" or was ......now it's just a fad seeing as the HSM show isn't on anymore! At least Captain Jack is about, and there is a ride in the main park, but really, it looks really tacky now (POTC side is great though!)

Maybe they do a dance show in there for HSM every hour, at least it would keep the films alive!!
