Hi all. I need a recipe for a block party tomorrow night. Problem is I have about one hour early in the day tomorrow to actually prepare it or do it when I get home from work in about 15 minutes while the block party actually starts. I want to actually make something as opposed to running to the store.

The other night I mixed up some orzo with chopped tomatoes, garlic and some cheese and served it hot with fish. I think it was really yummy.

I was thinking of doing the same and then putting it in the refridgerator so it was a cold pasta salad. Does this sound appetizing? If it comes out horrible, I'm not going to have time to fix something else.

I also liked the looks of that Key Lime Pie in an earlier thread.

The pasta salad idea sounds like a good one. I had one recently that was similar -- it had orzo with feta, olives, garlic and chopped spinach.
