DH and I are going to DL & CA for one day. We can go on Tues or Wed.
The only difference I find is on Tues is the Block Party in CA and on Wed is Alladin Musical.

Which is better? Or is there any other reason we should go one day over the other. We both have been to WDW many times but this is our 1st visit to DL.

Also we are driving in from downtown LA (DH is at a conference all week) Any driving/traffic tips or parking tips?

Thanks!

Given the choice, I'd go with Aladdin. Honestly I've never really seen Block Party, but if I had to choose between the two were I taking a friend or relative for only one day, I'd take them to Aladdin.

I would probably pick Alladin over Block Party as well, although it would depend on whether or not you have kids too. Alladin is a fairly long broadway style show that really little ones may have trouble sitting through (or 28mos old made it through but almost tried to run down the aisle chasing some of the characters at one point lol). The Block Party has the characters from Monsters, Inc. and Toy Story so if you have a "fan" of either of those, in your party, that may weigh in as well. Just some food for thought...

I've seen both and I personally enjoyed Aladdin more than the parade. The Genie is hilarious and comes up with different jokes each show. :teeth:

We have been to both many times. The BPB is a lot of fun if you have children. Aladdin is AWESOME. It is about a 40-45 minute long broadway type show. A CM told me a year ago that they are doing this show here for 2 years and then Aladdin will be moving to Broadway. With that being said, Aladdin will not be around forever. The Genie is so funny!!! It is a must see show. On the other hand if you like to "jump, scream and dance" with hundreds of children (and sometimes adults) then head to the BPB.

I would go with Alladin as well. The block party is basically a bunch of people jumping around and screaming and dancing in the streets. Alladin is funny and a great show!
