I was just reading the "Mickey Monitor" and the dates of June10-Aug 17, 2006 are listed as Seasonal Block Out Dates.

What does that mean????

Florida Residents Seasonal Passes have black-out dates, this ticket allows residents to purchase AP at a great price. Disney has select dates that we can't use the passes for admission. Usually during peak times at the Parks when most locals don't want to visit anyway.

Thanks for clairfying that. I thought it ment that no APs could be used.

does this mean that the annual pass holders aren't allowed into the parks during this time?

Only the Fl Resident Seasonal Passholder's are not allowed into the park. The regular Annual Passholders are.
