Hi!! We have been to both parks and enjoyed both. We prefer Blizzard Beach!! They have a great area for kids the ages you mentioned!

Hands down blizzard beach. TL is a nightmare to navigate. I don't think it is as clean. I don't like the smaller play areas. It seems like you can never get to anything easily.
I love BB. The rides are fun. There is plenty to do. It is clean. It is easy to get to wherever you want to go.
