We are going to the water parks for the first time this September. What are the crowds like during this time of the year? Which park do you prefer?
Thanks!!!
My DH and I went to both BB and TL two years ago in Sept and the crowds were quite large in the afternoons, esp @ TL. In the am, we were pretty much walk-ons to every slide.
I liked BB for it's great themeing and their "bobing"(sp?) wave pool.
DH liked TL because he thought the slides were more thrilling and loved the "BIG" waves in the wave pool.
Both are FANTASTIC water parks IMO!
We not been to TL, but BB was very enjoyable, good theming, and a great view when you get to the top of Summit Plummit,
Nice to see all the major Disney landmarks in the distance
While BB gets mildly crowded in September, it's nothing compared to peak season. Most slides will get a five to ten minute wait in the afternoon, walk on's before noon.
I haven't been to TL since they added Slush'n'Gusher, so I do not know about the crowds there.
