Blizzard Beach with four adults and a 19 month old?

We are leaving for Disney on Saturday -- me, DH, my mom, her boyfriend, and my 19 month old son. We have our days pretty well planned, but we do have a day sort of open for visiting parks over or maybe hitting Blizzard Beach. Is BB worth it with a little one? We will have four adults, so we can split up to watch him while others go on rides. Any ideas? I will be happy skipping it if isn't a great idea.

There is a kids area at Blizzard Beach - with smaller versions of the adult rides (tube, slides). There's also sand to play in, and a shallow area the kids can play in, with a soft bottom in spots.

We love the waterparks (I think my DD is part fish) - YMMV.

Most definately if the adults like water parks. Sounds like you have plenty of baby sitters So if you like water parks go! My 9 mos old and I floated on the lazy river for what seemed like days, great way to spend naptime.

Your son should love Tikes Peak (children's area). As long as there is an adult watching him you should be fine to have the other 3 adults do something and then switch off. A suggestion though be sure to bring some water/swim diaper. They sell them at the park, but they overcharge for them.

There is very little to do at Tike's peak with a toddler. I have a 2 year old and an PAP, so we go to the water parks alot. Dh and ds(12) do the slides while I play with the 2 year old. At Tikes peak the only thing a toddler can do is play in the one area, where there is water that squirts up. The slides there are probably too "big" for a toddler. The lazy river is great. I usually put him on a tube and walk behind it. We also wear a life jacket on him. The ski patrol area has a nice area to hold them in the water. Everyone else, will just love BB!
