Blizzard Beach - Showers/Changing Facilities

I have gone to the Dark Side....staying at Universal late September.
We have some tickets left over from old WDW trips for water park and theme park. Thinking we will go to Blizzard Beach in the AM then head off to Epcot for the afternoon and evening. Not looking to walk around in my bathing suit (nobody needs to see that)!!! Are there showers/changing areas where I can make myself and the kids presentable and comfortable for an afternoon in the parks???
