Hi! We've never been, DH, myself, DS (7) and DD(5) going in mid-September on a Saturday.

1. Does the lazy river have multiple entrances, if so, about where are they located?

2. If we rent one of the chair/umbrella set-ups, where are they located? If we don't get one of these, where is a good place to set up that's fairly central, but not horribly busy?

3. Can you walk to the mini-golf course easily from BB?

4. Approx. how long does it take to ride Summit Plummit, Slush Gusher & Downhill Double Dipper if you go to those right around 10am? DD is too short to ride all these and I'm trying to get an idea of how long we'll be waiting for DH and DS.

5. Ski Patrol Training Camp - will my 5 & 7 year olds like this area, or too hard?

Thanks!!!

I can answer some of them.....many entrances for the lazy river.
Not sure where the rented chairs are....there were plenty of others to chose from in the shade.
There is one golf course thats in the adjacent parking lot (I think it was BB and not TL!)
We hit all those at rope drop and were done in about 30 minutes.

The Winter Summerland Mini Golf is right next door, we didn't go to it, but it does look like you can park in Blizzard Beach parking, and walk to the right side, before the entrance down a little path. DH and I arrived to BB (on a Saturday in May) a little after opening about 10:30ish, we are not fans of Summit Plummet, but we did all the other main rides, and were in the Lazy River by 11:30ish. We just did typhoon lagoon on a Monday in June, we were there before opening at 8:50, and did all the main rides there again with the exception of Humunga Kowabunga, by 10:00am.

Yes! All over the place. You just walk along the path and you'll keep passing by them.

3. Can you walk to the mini-golf course easily from BB?
Yes. It's the opposite end of the course (from where you sign in) but not far. The whole course is pretty small

Can't tell you how long those take, but you climb up the stairs the same way for SP & SG and also team boat springs. At the top you and your daughter can do team boat and get to walk up with them and lessen the wait time if you're interested.

My two five year olds were very interested in doing the training camp. Only my son tried and it was too hard for him. Other kids who were smaller were able to do it fine. I think he was just scared to fall into the water.[/QUOTE]
