Blizzard Beach - Post Disney Triathlon

I'm going to be competing in the WDW Triathlon on Sept 24 and am wanting to go to Blizzard Beach after the race. Only problem is, BB is only open until 5:00 that day. At the earliest, I think we can be there by 12:30-1:00. Any thoughts? Are there half-day tickets? Any way to avoid paying full fare when we're only going for a short period? What do you think crowds will be like at the end of September?

If the park isn't crowded 3-4 hours is plenty of time to do BB!!

Sorry there are no half day tickets for guests (only available for cast members). The only ticket you can buy is the one day pass and it costs the same if you go when the park opens or if you go an hour before the park closes. The end of september is when the park is starting to slow down, but there are always days in there for some reason that the park attendance picks up. This is especially true if the weather has been non-swimming weather and that day is sunny and nice. Hope that helps!!! Good Luck on the Triathalon!!!!!
