Blizzard Beach Medal??

Has anyone on here actually been the "first family" at Blizzard Beach and got the free mugs, towels, locker, cabana, etc?

I've never heard of this but it would neat if it was true. I might try to get there earlier if I had the chance at something that neat.

My hubby will probably do Summit Plummet, but when I read about the "first family" thing it had nothing to do with that slide. It was just the first family to the park got all the free stuff.
