Blink problem--HELP!

I wonder if anyone else has encountered this problem. I haven't gotten points--a lot of points from one transaction. It was the AmEx Blue card offer and it was for (I think) 50000 points. I have emailed them 6 times. I have only received one response. They told me that I needed to forward the confirmation from AmEx, but I never received any confirmation, only the card. I shared this information with them, repeatedly, but have yet to hear anything. What's my next step--is there any other way to contact them? I don't want to miss out on all of those points.
 
I did a promo from blink that involved a credit card application and i have not been creditied with my points either! I emailed them but so far no one has returned my letter.

To make matters worse, i can no honestly remember how many points were involved and the offer is no longer on the site! Does anyone offhand remember the GetSmart visa promo and how much it was worth?
 
I suggest that you contact the credit card company.

Something like this happened to me at another award site. I contacted the award site and they basically did nothing. I contacted the store that I purchased the mdse from and my points were quickly credited.

Also, I purchased items from LL Bean thru Blink and I had my points credited within a week.

Thanks. I'll try contacting them. I just didn't think they would know anything. I'm sort of disappointed in Blink. Things go wrong, I just expect them to be fixed, that's all.
