Blink and Missing Points-THEY FOUND THEM!!!

I signed up for a "Huge Grab" the 23rd of December and it was for alot of points (45,000!)
Well, I haven't seen the points as of yet. I have emailed them twice, but got NO response.
What should I do now? Anyone have a phone # where I can contact them?
I even sent them copies of my conformation and a current email from the provider, with a date on it!, last week. I would love to get those points and cash out for something before my April Trip..Thanks in advance for any help you could give me.


Just got home from work and while checking my emails, one from Blink...(not very friendly I might add, but none the less a response to my never ending search for my blink points!!) All they said was the points will be in my account by the end of the day! That's it.. But I am sooo glad to finally get them..From now on I will really keep track of them..I also got in today's emails, a message from the site I signed up for those points, explaining that my, get this: "7 day trial membership is over" (no kidding!) that ended back the first week in January!
But they invited me to come back for a 30 day thingy for $$.... I'm glad I finally will get my points and I will keep Blinking!!!!:D :D :D :D
 
Who have you emailed? Blink? I'm sorry if I'm a little slow today :).
 
Yes robinb, I emailed blink about it...Why should I of emailed the provider/the web site I signed up for to get the 45,000 points? I read all of Blinks correspondence on thier web site about "missing points" and did exactly what they said to do, but still no answer. ????
 
So ... you signed up for something in December, did nor receive the points you were expecting, and then emailed Blink, but they never responded. Hmmm. I would give them one more chance. Email them with your question. Wait on sending "proof" until they ask for it. Give them a set amountof time to respond to you ... say 1 week. Then, call them. Their number was very easy for me to find on their web site. It's off the "Contect Us" link at the bottom of their home page.

FWIW, I don't think they do anything fast at Blink. My husband cashed out for a $10 WebCert on 1/25 and he is still waiting for it. The said it would take up to 3 weeks for him to get his email. So, make sure you cash out a month before your trip to give them plenty of time to process your request.
 

I, too, have had trouble collecting points through blink. I was emailing them every few days and they would never reply. It took from a Nov purchase to the end of Jan to finally get the points. I sure hope you have better luck than I did. And I also sent all the confirmations to them.
 
Thanks for all your help..I just rec'd an email TODAY!, from Blink asking me what the problem was? Go figure! So once again, I explained..let's see what happens now!!
 
Finally Got My Points From Blink!!!!

It's been a while, but while checking my email today..one from Blink stating that the points would be in my account by the end of the day..That's today! Finally! So keep track everyone and keep Blinking!
