Blink 20s?

What are Blink 20s? I have been doing blink for about a month and only get the points on fast clicks. How elas do you all get points? I am missing something?

They usually (and I say usually ,sometimes they don't) show up around noon time on Wednesday. You should either look here for an announcement of keep refreshing the fast clicks page and if you look down the list you will see a bunch of 20 points advertisers to click on.
