Blank index cards?

I am really looking for a spiral book of blank index cards (the kind that tear out), I am not sure why I am having so much trouble, I assumed Staples would be the best place to look but no luck, is Walmart or some place like that a better idea? Thanks!

Walgreens and Dollar tree had some Walmart should have them

I have never seen a spiral with blank index cards so i am not sure where you should look.

I just bought some at Walmart for my kids for school. They even had neon ones!
