Blame my MIL

On our recent trip to WDW, MIL started a pressed penny collection for my 3 year old. I'm now obsessed with elogated coins (see, I'm even learning the lingo).

Fess up, who else is a pressed penny nerd?

First go out and find all the Mini M&Ms contianers that you can. They work real well to Stack 2 quarters and 1 penny for fast Turnaround at the machines.

But we also enjoy them and even did a few at the M&M store in NCY . If we see one we normally get one. But at WDW we have 4 or 5 books now filled from all of our Trips so we just look for those special ones now.Always get a resort one when we stay at a new resort


We also have a few of the Pressed Quarters as well but not many of those.

I really am obsessed. We're planning a trip to Ft. Worth in a week and I'm plotting to see how many pennies I can get. The Zoo alone has 15 penny designs and 1 quarter. So much for cheap souvenirs....
