Blair - Iraq a "disaster"

Tony Blair has publicly agreed with the opinion that the violence in Iraq since the 2003 invasion has been a disaster.

The UK prime minister was responding to a question by Sir David Frost in an interview on the new al-Jazeera English-language Arabic TV channel.

The Liberal Democrats said Mr Blair had finally accepted the enormity of his decision to go to war in Iraq.

The British legal system does not operate under Sharia Law, if that's what you mean

With reference to your comment about his admission, I don't know. Truth be told, he's a master of spin, truly a clever person. Given that this admission was a long time ago (look when I posted this thread) and nothing has really come of it, seems that he's pretty much off scott free. Currently I believe he's making a tidy living giving speeches.
