Blahh. HS EMM day for the non EMM goer

I dont know how I missed it, but i just realized that our HS day in early August is an EMM. Getting emm tickets for my family of 5 isnt an option.

It's my kids first time to toy story land so we are excited. They LOVE tsmm. They are 11, 9 and 7. Rides a priority, not so much meets. 11 YO wont ride slinky.

So the plan was to RD aliens and tsmm. FP at 10:25 for slinky. With EMM there that morning how should I adjust my plans or expectations?

I don't think I'd change plans, if I was you. You already have a FP for Slinky. Check out the 2 lines for TSMM and Aliens....TSMM moves relatively quickly and is a "constant load' where Aliens is neither of those things. You can make your choice as to which one to get to first and then ...hunker down and enjoy. TSMM's is primarily indoors if weather becomes a factor.

That’s a perfect plan, EMM goers leave TSL at rope drop. Your day won’t be affected by EMM at all.

Most of the EMM crowd will likely have moved on to eat breakfast or ride other things by the time you get in. Since you have FP for Slinky I’d get on Alien first since it’s slow loading, will get backed up quick as the FP line also builds, and waiting in that line in the heat is kind of brutal.

EMM has very little effect. Typically, EMM guests ride before the "masses" enter, then eat breakfast. You'll be fine. Have fun!
