Blackout dates for TiW?

I've misplaced my TiW booklet, and can't find the answer on line, so I figured I'd ask here. Is the TiW blacked out for all of Christmas Week (12/26-31) or only on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day?

Not accepted on holidays---Mothers Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Year's eve, and New Year's day.

And it's only the exact dates - not the dates surrounding the holidays.

Does anyone know if we can use the tables in wonderland card over the christmas holidays or is there a black-out time? We are going to disney 12/20-1/2. We are not going into the parks on the 25th.
Also can you use it on packages like the fantasmic or candle light?
