Blackout Dates for new codes?

Has anyone trying to use the new codes hit any blackout dates? We are going for part of Jersey week (4th-11th) and I was wondering if anyone was able to apply the code to those dates?

I called inquiring about new AP discount for December dates, and CM told me for CSR the 18th and 19th ( Friday/SAT)were blocked, then the 20-24th were at 139.
I also had her check ASMU Family Suite , and that WAS included on the AP discount for 1 thru 24...so I think I would call, there does not seem to be an across the board type of day/rate on th AP...but the Visa FD offer appears to not have blackouts that have been posted yet, as long as you check in by 12/17 I *think* you can book up to 3 rooms for up to 14 nights.
