Blackout curtains with accessible room

Anyone know if the bunk bed frame that comes down from the ceiling is magnetic? This is our 7th Disney cruise but our first in an accessible room and there is no divider curtain in the stateroom. I was considering bringing magnetic hooks and a blackout curtain to hang in front of the lower bed for my 5 year old for when she is ready for bed but others in our stateroom are not. It is a veranda stateroom so yes, we can go outside but I’m trying to think outside the box. Thanks!

Did you get an answer to this question? We are in the same boat no pun intended!

I mean the ceiling is magnetic (maybe not right over the bed) so just use your magnets around the bed. As far as I remember the bedframe is metal so it might work.

**Or just tuck it around under the mattress of the top bed?

I also think the ceilings are metal and probably the bunks as well BUT why not just use an eye mask/sleep mask? You only need to block the light from your (her) eyes. There are some cool Disney designs, including one I saw that was a Baby Yoda with ears! Maybe that along with a little bit of curtain at the head end. Fully enclosing it might be tough and not sure how 'sturdy' it would be? Proper block out curtains tend to be heavy.

Maybe you could set the ladder up (even if not using the top bunk) and drape something over that? Again, just around the "head" end?

We actually ended up using the hooks and black out curtains around the bed that came down from the ceiling and it worked out great by covering the sofa bed and giving our daughter her own private sleeping space. In the morning, I took it down and put it back up each night. FE75A3DD-D1B4-4D21-8D28-7A645ACD6CC3.jpeg
