Blacklight Photography

Hi Everyone,
I was wonderig if anyone knew how to adjust pictures taken in a blacklight such as in Peterpan? I have Disney pictures and birthday party pictures taken in blacklight but cannot seem to get them right when trying to improve their quality in photoshop.

you will get the truest picture if you shoot it without a flash

that means you need a high ISO to try to get it in a moving dark ride. It's pretty tough to do, even with a DSLR
