Blackened Fish

We're going to Disney April 21-May 6 and renewing our wedding vows on May 1. April 22 is our actual anniversary so I've booked the kids into the kids' club and need to find a place for dinner with DH. He's just returning from an 18 month deployment so hasn't had spectacular food for awhile. He loves blackened tuna, salmon or swordfish. I, on the other hand, am not a big fish eater, but can usually get steak at most restaurants.

Anyone have a spectacular fish restaurant they'd recommend?

Flying Fish at the Boardwalk is our favorite seafood restaurant at WDW (and it also has a great steak on the menu).

Flying Fish and Blue Zoo are our two favorite seafood spots. But not sure blackened fish is available at either one--.
