Black Friday

I guess Best Buy's Xbox 360 Elite bundle with 6 games for 299.99 is an awesome deal based on other Xbox deals I have seen so far.

The best deals I usually see are still the best deals through February. I never understood todays version of Black Friday. Wait until the following Wednesday and get the deals without the headache of the crowds...

i have always had to work the day after thanksgiving and always felt like i was missing out on something. i'm unemployed this year so thought i might get some huge, lifesaving deals for christmas. sure doesn't look that way from what i've seen so far........thought maybe i was missing something, but i guess not!

Microwave for 48 bucks at home depot. It was a full size also. Thought that was a good find. Old one broke after 9 years.

The free items at CVS and Walgreen are about the most exciting things here.

The budget board started a Black Friday Buddies Thread I think last January in anticipation of the Day! They watch like hawks.

Kitchen Aid mixer at Sears, $149

Netbook at Office Depot, $199, Laptop for $298

Desktop at BJs Wholesale for $499.

XBOX and PSP at Best Buy (I think Walmart just came out with a similar deal for PS3)

The TVs someone already mentioned at Target and Walmart.

Best deal I got ever was a 52" LCD TV for $400 at Walmart 2 years ago.

I also got Laptops at Bestbuy for $250 a few years ago, but they were both a piece of junk, lasted about 6 weeks and needed hundreds of dollars in repairs and software to make them work 1/2 decent. BEWARE of the cheap computer deals. You get what you pay for!
