So I am one of the unfortunate who waited to buy tickets before the price increase. I need 3 day park to park has there ever been, historically, black Friday ticket deals. Don't know if I should buy them now, or wait a week in hopes of a sale!!
We're not going until March, but I am kicking myself for not jumping on the Undercover tourist deal. Your right though, I would hope they wouldn't raise prices again that quickly. I've also looked into bundling my hotel with my tickets and there doesn't seem to be any savings in doing that, that I can see anyways!!!
Last year I remember seeing black Friday deals via the Visit Orlando webpage. I have never bought through them, but they list a 5% bonus deal for BF. I don't know if their prices are any better than any other ticket seller.
Also looking for a good deal on park to park tickets for 3 or 4 days for February. Has anyone bought through Visit Orlando. Their prices are lower than other places I have been looking. With a BF discount, they would be even better.
I noticed that on their website as well, and unless they change the ticket prices before the discount starts it would make them the cheapest place to buy for sure. I had read on another forum that you have to pick your tickets up in person but cant verify that and I would think they would/could give you a number to link to Disney beforehand to make your FP+.
I get the same prices here, early Sunday morning, at both Best of Orlando and Visit Orlando. 2-day, P-to-P (2 parks) for $225, 3-day P-to-P (2 parks) for $240.
I need to buy one AP and two more tickets, and I can't decide if I should buy at the gate or online. If I get a $285 Seasonal Pass for our Dec 8-10 visit, no blackout issues apply, and then I can get the other two adult tickets at a discount, right? 15%? (3-day P-to-P at the gate are $275, so 15% off makes them $248, which is close enough to $240 that I don't care.) I'm tempted to make all three Seasonal Passes in case everything goes right in 2017 and we can utilize some crazy bounceback offer. (We're going to Disney, too.) The prices are so close to the stupid new 3-day prices.
Any Canadians ever deal with Love Orlando tickets? They're basically offering parity for our Canuck bucks. 3-day P-to-P (2 parks) for CDN$299 (US$218). http://www.loveorlandotickets.ca/universal-orlando-resort-3-day-tickets
I've heard of them but I have never purchased tickets from them before. Where did you find the 5% discount? I am at their site and don't see anything about that.

Undercover Tourist has a Cyber Monday deal for a 2-day Park-to-Park ticket plus two days free: $235 + tax = $250.29.
Visit Orlando still has the GIFT 5% off through today (Monday). So their 4-day Park-to-Park is ($250 + tax = $266) x 0.95 = $253. If you are planning to upgrade to an AP, it would be better to have the VO 4-day ticket, right? You'll get a bigger credit at the gate than the 2-day ticket (plus two days free) UT deal?
For Canandians (you need a Canadian billing address), no one beats the CDN$289 4-day Park-to-Park tickets at LoveOrlandoTickets.ca
