The last time I shopped at Justice (in October) the sales girl told me that it was the first time that they were allowing the 40% off combined with the J-bucks. I don't know if that was a one time only thing, or if they plan to continue allowing you to combine the discounts.

I just checked and my J-bucks ($25 off $50) are effective starting Sat, Nov. 28th.
