I am working on 10000 steps Friday and 15 minutes of strength training
 
Don't know yet how much, but I'm going get something done!
And now I'm subscribed to the thread :goodvibes
 
I plan to do at least 30 minutes on Wii Fit for the 14th day in a row :banana:
 
I'm in for something. Hoping it'll the 30-Day Shred, but might end up being lots of running (jogging) using the Wii Fit. If I do the Wii Fit, I'll aim for 200 calories burned. My goal is to earn 2 APs.
 

Did 60 minutes of Wii Fit tonight. Burned 254 calories! Woohoo! Hoping to do the same tomorrow! Thanks for the inspiration. :goodvibes
 
I'm in. I'm going to say at least 20 minutes today. I've been very sore the past few days and think I'm going to make a Dr.'s appointment to address my shoulder pain (I'm losing range of motion in my right arm and can barely put it behind my back). It's really affecting working out.

I got a new set of 20 minute workouts so I'd like to try one of them.
 
I'm in! my goal is to get all of our laundry done today. Doesn't sound like much but it is 4 plus baskets up and down three flights of stairs! I am also going to do one 20 minute kettle bell workout.

Take care of that shoulder. You are smart to make an appointment with a doctor. Do it before your shoulder freezes. Then the recovery takes a lot longer.
 
Did the 30-Day Shred and burned 100+ calories on the Wii Fit Plus. I got in a good run on the Wii Fit and did Super Hula Hoop for a longer time today. Not sure what my plan for tomorrow is-maybe gym.
 
Did 45 min of stepping. 4 days in a row! :cool1: although I didn't go as long today, I'm happy I at least got a decent amount in :goodvibes
