I've finally had a good COW week...
1. I've stretched each day
2. I've tried several things, though I'm not sure what food groups they are

I had couscous last night for the first time. It was OK. I used it in a stuffed pepper recipe I found on the zone website. I was supposed to use barley but couldn't find it at the store, and no I didn't ask... Does anyone know where to find it? I tried artichoke and spinach hummus. I liked that. I had it with baked wheat pita tips. I tried chipped soy in place of ground beef. It's doable... and I tried pinot noir red wine for the first time. Would that be a new fruit?
3. I signed up to be a coach for the Odyssey of the Mind group my son joined this year at school. I had to be in Greenville on Saturday morning for a coaches training workshop and missed the first challenge for the BL at the gym

But it was worth it. I learned a lot and I'm excited about working with the kids.
4. I called my girlfriend Jurrita. We spoke for atleast an hour. I miss her.
5. and finally I made a new recipe in the crockpot. It was chicken thighs with a meditteranean flair. It was delicious and filling and in the zone!!! And the house smelled great when I got home that night. I made enough for 4 meals. I'm heating up one meal that I put in the freezer for dinner tonight. Yum!!
My favorite ride is TTA, people mover or whatever you want to call it, too!!!
It's nice and relaxing after being on your feet all day. And it always seems longer than I remember it to be.
For Thanksgiving, my plan is to not overeat!!! Just the thought of eating too much makes me sick. It hasn't always been that way. Stuffing and pie are my two favorites about Thanksgiving dinner, too. I was so disappointed when my sister in law brought the stuffing last year. It looked non edible! I didn't even try it. I'll have to volunteer to bring the stuffing.
I hope we all do great and regain our standing!!!!! We can do it!!!!
