My support system is my husband and my mom. In the last year my mom has lost 79 lbs through eating healthier. She has peripheral vascular disease and cannot exercise. She's in constant pain but keeps a positive attitude. I'm so proud of her.
Today was a good day. Ate on plan and walked 30 minutes on the treadmill.

It was a slow pace though, no where near what I'll need to do for the 1/2 in 2010, but I have over a year. I often feel overwhelmed because I need to lose so much. I am now focusing on 5 lb increments. Oh, I also got my water in.
