Sorry for the edit everyone... I think I found my answer to the original question, but fear not, I have another. :-D
We are planning a trip for 7 of us from August 20-29, 2015. After reading of the bounceback offer currently available, I am thinking of flying down with my daughter for one night in mid September to snag the offer for our August trip. The math is as follows: The DDP will cost us $3000 for the two reservations I'll be making at CBR. The air fare and room to stay one night on September 13 would cost me about $680. My total savings: $2320.
Now, the big question: It's almost a given that the BBO will still be there in mid September, isn't it? I've been researching threads here and it seems the BBO always lasts into late fall.
Also, it seems that recent history looks pretty dismal for the idea of us eventually getting a general free dining for those dates in August, and Free Dining Pin Codes don't seem to be too plentiful, either.
In short, many of you have much more experience with these things than do I, so does this sound like a reasonable gamble to go down for a day to grab the BBO?
I love a good game of poker or blackjack anyway, so if the odds seem in my favor, I'm all in! :-D
