Bistro or San Angel???

Dh and I are trying to decide between these two for our anniversary...

We really loved San Angel last time, but didn't really enjoy it because of DS (he didn't like the darkness,volcano...). We would like to try it again...Any opinions?

Personally, I'd choose the Bistro especially since you've already been to San Angel.

Very different experiences and food.

Bistro's atmosphere is elegant, subdued and romantic. Not as dark as San Angel but much more quiet. I think it's a great choice for an anniversary dinner for two. I don't know how old your son is but if he's joining you and is very young, he might not enjoy it anymore than he did San Angel.
