Anyone eat here recently? Or can someone give me a link to a dining report for it? Everyone seems to eat at Chefs but not Bistro and the menu seems much more interesting here...is it no good?

I think a lot more people eat at Chefs for a few reasons:

1) it's open for lunch
2) it accepts the Disney dining plan (Bistro does not)
3) it's a bit more kid-friendly with Remy, etc.
4) it's visible from the walkway. I wouldn't be surprised if a large percentage of guests didn't even know Bisto existed

From the reviews it gets, it's wonderful and supposed to be a much more quiet, relaxed and adult atmosphere with wonderful French food. It seems a bit pricier than Les Chefs (think a regular restaurant v. signature on the DDP), but if you can swing it and aren't using the dining plan, I'd go there in a heartbeat. DH and I are trying to work a reservation into our plans as we speak. :thumbsup2

A quick search turned up this review, although it's without pictures. If you search the "Reviews" forum for the word "Bistro" you should come up with quite a few people's takes on the restaurant.

I actually started a thread about this - if you click on my name and look at my posts you will see it. I have always loved to eat here but I have heard not so wonderful reviews lately. :sad2: You used to be able to get some really great and authentic French food - and I fear that has taken a back seat. My new favorite signature is Citricos - which has a really interesting menu, so I switched our reservations to that. If you go to Bistro though be sure to post how it was!

My recent review (from late August) is here.

In the future, I'd rather return to signatures such as Artist Point, Citricos, Jiko, Yachtsman, or Flying Fish.

DW and I ate at Bistro de Paris during our trip the week after Thanksgiving, 2010. It was fantastic! Our service was great. The food was prepared just right and the suggested wine pairings were perfect. Here is our review of what we had...

Bistro has been voted the best theme park restaurant in Florida for 3 years in a row. We would not hesitate to go back.
