Bistro de Paris vs. Le Cellier?

We're going to WDW in early May, and my husband and I have an evening to ourselves to spend in Epcot. I have ADRs for Bistro at 6 and Le Cellier at 8, and can't decide which to keep. Both seem to get good reviews. Since this will be one of our only meals alone, ambience is important. Help please!!

Easy choice for us there. Le Bistro. For an adults only dinner it is fantastic. Definately one of the best kept secrets on disney property.

The time seems better too, 6 vs. 8, but I just wonder what DH will think of the food.
