Bistro De Paris questions

Do you order the Chef's choice menu with wine pairing or al a carte? If you are to order the Chef's choice, does it come with just one glass of wine per course or how does that work. I'm working on my Disney budget and want to see which choice makes the most sense.

I hope I'm answering the question you asked ...

We ate at Bistro in October 2007 and ordered the chef's tasting menu for the evening. You can order it with wine pairings, which costs extra but will give you a different glass of wine with each course, or you can order it without the wine pairings.

I think it was $74 per person to order the Chef's menu without the wine pairings and about $105 per person with the wine pairings.

The food was wonderful!
