I am trying to get my husband more excited about going to Disney, he is apathetic on the best of days and more than a little perturbed when the money is discussed...lol, I keep telling him you can't put a price on happiness...Any way I had him looking at allears at the menus and picking a few places he would like to eat. Of course, he picks the one that does not appear to have a childrens menu. There is no way my kids will eat anything on the regular menu. Anyone have any info if they do have a childrens menu, or are willing to make a grilled cheese sandwich or something?

Thanks all!

The Bistro does not have a children's menu as they target a more adult audience. You may want to consider Chef's de France instead.

Bistro doesn't have a kids menu because they're trying to discourage people from bringing children. I personally wouldn't bring a toddler, it's the only theme park restaurant on property that isn't kid-friendly. Very small, very elegant, very quiet and very expensive (and not on the dining plan).

If your children are older, I believe I've heard that they'll bring something up from the Chefs' kids menu.

I just left there. They do not have a children's menu and I do not know what they served the children. There were five children in the dining room, including a toddler and an infant. It is not a child-friendly restaurant though. If you have very young children who do not have the patience to sit through a long meal, I don't recommend it. Older children would do better, they seemed to be interested in the tableside service including the dessert flambe.

They do not have a children's menu and they do not accept DDP either. It definitely is fine dining and children, unless they can sit through a 2 hour plus meal are discouraged.

I have seen well-behaved children there, but they seemed to be age ten or so. I have seen people bring in small children and then rush through their meal to stop disturbing other diners, and we collectively have a sigh of relief when they leave.

Thank you all, you have definately helped with my decision;
a) if no childrens menu, I know my kids won't eat
b) i love my children, but they are 8, 5 and an autistic 3 year old and "well behaved" is not an adjective I would use to describe them...lol:rotfl:
c) we are on the dining plan

Thanks again!
