Bistro de Paris menu limitations on DDP?

Wondering if we can get the Foie Gras and/or the Dessert Sampler with the plan? Also would appreciate any comments on the entrees- They all sound fabulous. What is sea-bream btw?

Nope. It's not on the plan. I asked about that for our August trip. The CM said the restaurant chose not to participate.
