Hey Bekka – Heard about you being sick on your Mom’s PTR. Glad to have you here. You guys are in our prayers.

Donde esta el Biscuit?

:lmao: Most likely....
LOL Too much cheese I guess.

Hey Jordan! Hope all is well out that way. Glad you survived the storms. You’re getting close my friend.

We’ve completely changed our outage work flow so it’s been insane at work lately. Hoping to update soon.

Wow. This is quite a monster of a TR you've got going over here, my friend! :thumbsup2 I read through the introduction and knew I would have to neglect my housework over the next week or so to get caught up. I bow to your writing ability. :worship: Nothing makes me happier than to see a well written trip report with varied vocabulary and all spelled correctly. ;) I'm very excited to dig into it.

Oh - but I didn't see any links for the Man-ual? :confused3

I've been wondering where you've been. Glad you checked in:thumbsup2
I take a peek on my phone at various TR's at least once a day, but don't usually have a chance to reply.

Yes GB Glad to hear from you !!! Good Morning !!
Hey Rosie! Getting close my friend!

Good to hear from you! Hope work returns to a sane level at some point.
Hey Brook! I need to hop over to your TR and get caught up.

Howdy and :welcome: Glad to have you aboard! It has DEFINITELY turned into a monster on me! Hopefully there won't be TOO many typos. I'm a bit behind on my maintenance updates. Need to get caught back up on that.

~sigh~

I had a whole buncha quotes to which to reply.

I had a whole buncha replies to said quotes.

I had to work on a project... which included moving to another browser... and all my work went POOF! :headache:

Great stuff as always GB; loving all the pics. :thumbsup2

Whew!! Sorry you're so busy at work but it gave me time to catch back up! Loved the poncho story...My oldest is very shy of strangers and would have done the same thing....she always answers people into my thigh....I've tried to explain they can't hear you...it really isn't a microphone. She just rolls her eyes at me for that comment. Ahhh teenage years are going to be grand!

Looking forward to the next post but so sad that it's coming to an end...

Oh No! You got Board Bombed! Hate it when that happens! I'll imagine witty responses! Hope work doesn't get you too crazy!

No worries! I have a feeling the teen years are going to be....interesting.

Howdy all! I had hoped to update yesterday, but the creek rose...literally. We had flash flood warnings all over the place. I worked from home but we were swamped. The next episode is written, I just have to finish getting the photos resized and uploaded. This afternoon we are heading over to the Collins' house. The Colonel is hosting a BBQ for his birthday. If there is anything the Biscuit's can't resist, its a well smoked brisket. Hopefully I'll be able to post everything on Monday.

See you guys soon!.

No problem G.B., be sure to stay safe and have a great time celebrating the family birthday. :cake:
Be sure to eat some brisket for me. ;)
Oh yeah, stay away from the rising creeks. We don't want any biscuits floating around on us.

Mmmmm Texas barbecue. Can't say that I blame you for not getting the next installment posted.

I just spent two days catching up and reading the entire thread (well, the TR parts at least), and now I'm hoping to join in. After all, I'm only a year late! :lmao:

Thanks Millie! We have a low spot on the road to our house where there have been several fatalities of the years due to flooding. It's actually been closed for three months now as they are tearing it out and raising it several feet. Unfortunately, this latest bout of rain washed away most of the construction so they will pretty well be starting over. Guess I better learn to love the backway home.

It was fantabulous. Quite tasty. It was also his "Official" U.S. Army retirement party. He's been out a few months, but hasn't actually commemorated it yet. We did a balloon toss that was kind of interesting. There were 38 black balloons, one for each year of service; some green baloons for Special Forces; yellow which I think was for soldiers still in combat, but it's the one I can't quite remember; and one red balloon for fallen comrades. It was actually a pretty cool little ceremony.

Howdy and :welcome: I'm glad to have you here! It's never too late for Disney dreaming!
