BIRTHDAY ? to have at WDW

We are going to WDW on the 25th of Feb. THis is DD's birthdya present form the family. Though her birthday isn't till the 30th of March. (3) I didn't know if there was anything I can do at WDW to celebrate her birthday. WE are doing a character breakfast with JoJo. I wasn't for sure if they (WDW) would let me do anything for her birthday. Any ideas would be great.
