My b/f will be celebrating his birthday shortly before we leave for disneyland.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a dinner place and prefably if possible know if i can order a cake or a special gift basket or something just for him?

I'm thinking about getting him the pin, but i don't know how he's going to feel about all that attention. :rolleyes1

I've never done it but I know Disneyland does different kinds of stuff for birthdays. I think the birthday sticker would be nice, he doesn't have to wear it but it's a cool souvenir that you can't get anywhere else at any other time. The plaza does a birthday celebration but I'm not sure whats all involved with that but I know others will. I heard that it's more for young kids though rather than adults.
He can also recieve a birthday call at City hall from the old fashioned telephone but I'm not sure if that's his cup of tea but it's free.

If you are staying on site vacation planning can do gift baskets , chocolate covered stawberries , thing like that , the number is 1-714-300-7526. if just dining on site try disney dining 1-174-781-dine they can arrange for a cake .

Thanks for the great idea's, we aren't staying onsite but i think i will order him a cake. :goodvibes

I would do the birthday party at the Plaza. I know it seems for younger kids but we did saw several adults celebrating their birthdays when we went for my son. Aren't we all kids inside Disneyland anyway??? It's only $10 per person too.
