birthday surpise in room

i have read on here in the past about getting birtday surprises in the room on arrivl,,a balloon or something, ,i cant get the search function to work and just wondered if this hs happened
would be fab for dd ,

I think if you contact the hotel directly and ask about prices etc they should be able to help you....

The NPBC did it for my DS, I telephoned the hotel to find out if there was anything I could purchase to go in the room on arrival, there wasn't, but they did arrange for a signed card, autograph book and pen and lots and lots of balloons, all free of charge. This was a few years ago, I don't know if we were just very lucky or if it's a regular thing, it certainly impressed me as well my little one.

He was really chuffed and there were literally balloons everywhere.
and I really wasn't expecting it, I thought we might get 1 or 2 balloons, or even more likely nothing. It's probably partly why I think so highly of the NPB, that and the VIP breakfast we got. I'm easily bought
