On our next trip my son will be having his 7th birthday, I have thought about character meals but which one would be really special or do you have any other suggestions ?
Thanks,
M

What about Discovery Cove?

Chef Mickey
:thumbsup2
just rember to let them know it is his birthday when you book and then again when you get there

and after that tell the CM at the Momo rail and ask to get in the front of the train
( you might have to wait a wee while )

Go to Guest relations in the park and you can get a birthday Badge for him as well
or make one for him or even a T shirt
If you are staying on site let the front desk know as well

7 is a great age to have a birthday in WDW :wizard:
well any age is

He likes all the characters really, but I suppose Stitch would be his favourite.

As he is missing out on a party with his friends I just thought it might be nice to do something a bit special. I have decided against DC as my youngest is only 4, I would rather wait 2 more years to do that. Unless you can convince me otherwise ;-))

I like the idea of Chief Mickeys, would you do Breakfast or Dinner ?

Any other suggestions ?

M

My daughter will be celebrating her 7th birthday on our Xmas visit, I was looking for some ideas as well and one suggestion was booking something via Gifts of a Lifetime. Having looked at their site it's definitely something worth considering but can't get any suggestions from them till 6 months in advance so I have to wait a little. Here's the link: http://www.giftsofalifetime.com/

You can do breakfast at Ohanas as Stitch is featured there :)

I am hoping to do this for my birthday as I'm mad about Stitch too, but my next fave is definitely Chef Mickey, lovely food, great interaction with the characters and lots of fun :)

My Son had dinner at Chef Mickey's for his 7th Birthday. He really loved it! Stitch is his favourite too.

This year he'll be celebrating his 8th Birthday and he wants dinner with Shamu. We did this last year and he enjoyed it, so wants to do it again. I just hope its as big a success for his birthday as Chef Mickey's was!!

I didn't know that
Thanks is it new

There are rumors of an new character meal at MGM for boys starting shortly

Jackie - it is newish but not brand new.

Martina - of breakfast and dinner at Chef Mickey's I would choose dinner but honestly both are great fun, so I would go with whichever fits in with you :)

You could send him on a pirate cruise too (from Grand Floridian or the Beach Club).

:) Chris.
