Birthday Shirt for DS5 - Universal

We have ressies at Confisco's for the character breakfast the day our son turns 5. He LOVES the super heros...especially Spidey! I'd love to make him a t-shirt to catch their attention on his special day. I can be fairly creative, but my imagination needs to be "sparked" first. Any ideas??
