Birthday Room Request - Poly DVC

Hi there we will be celebrating my boyfriend's bday by staying in a DVC Studio at the Poly. I've done the basic online check in but would like to make a specific request for a room in Tokelau as they are all Standard Views. Do you recommend I do this via emailing member services or by faxing the resort directly? How early in advance does it make sense to do this? Thank you!

Email member services well in advance. Be careful with specific room requests, as I suspect the rooms you're after are the same 6 many people request.

Really I am okay with anything in Tokelau but the rooms you refer to would of course be beyond perfect I guess I will email them right away then; we have 6 weeks to go.
