When we bought dd's dream AP last August she received a birthday present, because her birthday is in August and we were told that all children under 11 (with a dream AP) receive a birthday present if they go in the month of their birthday. We are wondering if anyone knows if this still is the case, because I cannot spot this benefit on the current list of benefits of the APs? Also, where would we stand if we requested one because it was a perk when we bought the cards and that card is still valid (and would be still valid on her birthday this year)?

If the answer is not known, if anyone has the email address that I could ask DLP directly it would be most appreciated.

Regards
Iona

I think this benefit has been dropped.
Kids got a Buzz Lightyear lanyard to hold their annual passports in but that was all.

Correct Cyrano, they no longer offer the present officially. That said, my two got the Buzz Lanyard, 2 buzz pins, an autograph book and pen when we went in June.

Iona, I've read that this has been discontinued.

If I were you, I would just go along to the Passport Bureau with your DD in August ~ they are more likely to be benevolent if your DD is stood in front of them than if you send them an email.
