I know you can pick up birthday pins at Guest Services at the Theme Parks. Can you pick up a pin at a location in DTD? If so, where?

Yes, the Guest Relations at DTD does also have Birthday Buttons. But remember, each park has their own Birthday Button, so go Collect all 5 like I did the other week when I was there for my birthday

Do you know the hours for Guest Relations?

I just called Disney and found out the hours for Guest Relations are 9:30 am to 11:00 pm.

I also found out that Guest Relations is located next to the World of Disney store on the Eastside of DTD.
