Birthday Party with Pat E. Cake

Where's the category for booked almost two months in advance, confirmed the week before our trip, had 11 people show up for my DD's 4th birthday and find they cancelled our reservation without notice?

Oh NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Yeah, that's the worst. Didn't even get to do it at all??? I would have been livid. I hope your DD wasn't too disappointed.

They offered us ONE single serving cake and warm punch, no Pat E cake, no Mickey. My daughter didn't care, she was too young, but I was furious. I could've complained to City Hall, but didn't because in the end my daughter was happy. I did write a letter upon returning home, but at that point there wasn't much they could do.

We have done it for my dd's 3rd birthday and loved it. I thought the price was right and the host Pat e cake spent a lot of time talking with us at our table so it was great on our part. Mickey grabed my dd hand when they did the parade. We didnt feel rushed but then again that was a few years ago and I guess it depends on they day you do it since it was a weekday for us. We also did goofeys kitchen at the same time and I cant tell you how disappointed i was when the serve said my dd's name wrong more then once when I was correcting him the whole time and they celebrated the another childs birthday at the same time that was sitting next to us so I wish that he couldnt have done it seperatly, I felt rushed there.

Wow that is really horrible. I've heard something about that happening at goofy's kitchen i think for someone. But at the birthday party??? WOW
